CASE STUDY: Claremont and The Workplace Oooh (2023)
One of the most recent successes in a ten-year relationship between Plume and office interior design and fit-out business Claremont, is the The Workplace Oooh report.
Since its launch in the spring of 2023, the report has generated the most downloads and leads in Claremont’s content marketing history and secured several sizeable office interior design and fit-out opportunities.
Intended to show Claremont as a thought leader and generate new business leads, The Workplace Oooh set out to show that brilliant workplaces consider feelings, not just facilities and give employers the tools they need to get their people back into the office.
Named The Workplace Oooh - as a nod to the audible response employees make when they’re in brilliant spaces – the finished report identified employees’ six most wanted feelings, offered statistical insights about their expectations, and included tips for employers keen to improve the office. The report drew on independent research from Censuswide to create powerful and data-led insights.
Plume devised the concept of The Workplace Oooh, researched and drafted the questions, and liaised with Censuswide, as well as drafted the finished report and launched it to the media through a series of news stories and features. Claremont also delivered a full report launch at the Workplace event in April, combined with email marketing and speaking opportunities.
Press coverage was secured with key industry titles, including Facilitate, Workplace Wellbeing, HR Review, Employer News, Business Matters and Workplace Insight, and by-lined features with FMJ and Start Up Observer.
Having supported Claremont with media relations and content creation (case studies, blogs, award entries and whitepapers) support for almost ten years, Plume has amassed a wealth of knowledge in the commercial interiors and facilities sectors.
